These Terms govern your use of the NotSoSure Fitness application (“the app”), operated by Shivam Talwar (“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1 · Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use the app.
2 · Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3 · Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial fitness tracking.
4 · Not medical advice
The app provides fitness and wellness information, including recovery/readiness scores, weight and measurement predictions, and AI-generated insights. This content is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Scores and predictions are estimates based on the data available and your own baseline, and may be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing any diet, exercise, or health programme. You use the app and act on its outputs at your own risk.
5 · Connected services
The app can connect to third-party services you choose (e.g. WHOOP, Oura, Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Health, Google Health Connect, Google). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or the accuracy of data they provide.
6 · Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, access it through unauthorized means, or use it to violate any law or another person’s rights.
7 · Intellectual property
The app, its content, design, and branding are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. Your data remains yours.
8 · Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
9 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or its outputs (including health, recovery, or training decisions).
10 · Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.
11 · Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12 · Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
